In-Home Consultation
Our design specialist makes a (complimentary) visit to your home to discuss design objectives, functions and your "wish list" ideas. We take measured dimensions of the space and photos for reference.
Showroom Consultation
We'll put our ideas together and present them to you on our in-studio Virtual Kitchen. See your options in real time on our life-size screen. We'll present a variety of conceptual plans and pricing options. With guidance from our designer, you'll choose selections that look amazing and meet your budget.
Investment, Review & Approval
You've decided to work with us. That's great! At this stage you'll have our undivided attention and we ask for payment of our design and planning retainer. This varies depending on the project and it's non-refundable. The retainer is invoiced when materials are ordered. It includes the floor plans, elevations and perspectives.
Final Measure & Ordering
Before materials are ordered, we check and double check all materials and measurements with our carpenter and project manager. Once we have verified dimensions, materials will be ordered. We work closely with our suppliers to ensure the materials arrive in a timely fashion and all the details are covered.
Demo & Installation
Now the transformation begins! Our professional installers make the installation process as easy and efficient as possible. Demolition and construction time depends on the scope of your project. We're here every step of the way to ensure quality and no downtime.
Final Walkthrough
Once your home transformation is complete, we'll walk through and make sure everything meets your expectations and functions perfectly. We might need to make some adjustments but we'll resolve it quickly and want you to be completely satisfied with the result. We hope you enjoy your new kitchen or bathroom!
